New A PCOS coach in your pocket

Your body isn't broken.
It's just playing by different rules.

If you have PCOS and nothing seems to work — it's not your fault. Your body responds to food, stress, and your cycle differently. You were just never given the right rules.

If this sounds familiar

You're not alone.
And you're not wrong.

Most PCOS advice was built for a body that isn't yours. Here's what we hear again and again from women on their fourth doctor, their tenth diet, their hundredth midnight craving.

Tried everything.

Clean eating. Low-carb. More workouts. Six months in — still stuck on the same number.

Scale won't budge.

Maybe it dips for a week. Then it comes right back. The chart looks like a heartbeat that can't decide.

"Just eat less."

Everyone says it. You already are. You're hungry by 11am and your doctor moves on to the next patient.

PCOS belly.

The stubborn middle that never moves — no matter how clean the week, no matter how many planks.

Cravings hit hard.

Especially at night. Especially the week before your period. It doesn't feel like willpower — because it isn't.

My body won't listen.

You're doing the work. It just doesn't respond. After a while you stop believing it ever will.

The PCOS handbook lied

Why "doing everything right"
often doesn't work with PCOS.

The weight-loss advice you've heard for 20 years wasn't designed for PCOS bodies. Here's what they say vs. what's actually happening underneath.

Myth
Reality
"Just eat less."
PCOS stores fat anyway — the deficit doesn't bite the way it does for non-PCOS bodies.
"Work out harder."
More cardio raises cortisol, which raises androgens. Sometimes less exercise + walks does more.
"Healthy food is healthy food."
PCOS bodies react differently to refined carbs, dairy, and certain "clean" foods. Universal doesn't exist.
"It's a willpower problem."
Hormones drive the cravings, the fatigue, and the storage. Willpower is the last thing failing here.
"Birth control fixes PCOS."
The pill masks symptoms by overriding your cycle. The underlying picture is still there when you stop.
"You're doing something wrong."
You were just never given PCOS-specific rules. That's a system failure, not a personal one.
How Peach works

No guessing. No food rules.
Just clarity.

Step 01

Log quickly.
Skip days without guilt.

Tap your phase. Slide your mood. Snap an optional photo. The full daily log takes under 30 seconds — and Peach never punishes you for skipping a day.

Got a flare on my chin today. Anything from this week?
Yes — your insulin markers ran high Mon & Tue (refined carb dinners). PCOS-IR breakouts often lag those by 48–72h.

PCOS has four faces

Find your subtype.
In three quick questions.

Most apps lump "PCOS" together. Peach treats the four sub-types differently — because they respond to different things. Here's a 90-second taste of the in-app subtype quiz.

The four faces, in detail

Peach knows
the one that fits you.

Onboarding helps you narrow it down if you're not sure. Each subtype gets its own meal grading, exercise pacing, and coach tone — because the same advice doesn't fit four different bodies.

IR

Insulin-resistant

The most common subtype. High insulin drives androgens. Glucose-aware eating + walks after meals do the heavy lifting.

PP

Post-pill

Symptoms emerged after stopping hormonal contraception. Often resolves within 6–12 months with the right support.

IN

Inflammatory

Gut, skin, joint inflammation interrupting ovulation. Anti-inflammatory food + sleep are the levers that move it.

AD

Adrenal

Stress-driven, with elevated DHEA-S. Down-regulating your nervous system matters more than another diet.

A note from the team
"I built Peach because nobody listened for four years. Three endocrinologists, two GPs, one nutritionist — and the only advice was lose weight, take metformin, come back in six months. Peach is the app I wanted at year one."

FAQs

Calm answers
to the loud questions.

Will this actually work for PCOS?

Peach is built around the four PCOS sub-types — insulin-resistant, post-pill, inflammatory, and adrenal — because they respond to different interventions. Every insight, every coach reply, every nudge is tuned to your subtype, not a generic "PCOS protocol". That said: Peach is for education and support, not diagnosis or treatment. The patterns you see here are meant to make your next doctor visit dramatically more useful.

Is this just another diet app?

No. Peach doesn't count calories, doesn't shame you for skipping a day, and doesn't push a single eating philosophy. Daily logging is for understanding your pattern — not for restriction. Most users tell us they actually relax around food after a few weeks, because the guesswork goes away.

Do I have to log everything I eat?

You don't have to log anything you don't want to. The minimum useful daily log is a cycle phase and a mood — about 5 seconds. Symptoms, food, weight, photos are all opt-in. The richer your log, the better Peach reads the pattern, but it works gently with whatever you give it.

I've tried everything. How is this different?

Most PCOS apps are a calorie tracker with a peach emoji. Peach reads your data — your cycle, your sleep, your symptoms, your subtype — and ties the dots back to actions that actually move the needle. The AI coach knows your last 7 days when she answers; the insights are about your body, not the average body.

Will this help me lose weight?

Peach isn't a weight-loss product first. We're a PCOS-management product, and weight is one signal among many. Most users see their scale start moving once their cycle stabilizes and their cravings normalize — but the headline goal is feeling like yourself again, not a number.

Is this medical treatment?

No. Peach is educational and informational only. Every chat footer says so, and Peach is trained to defer to clinicians for anything diagnostic or acute. The doctor PDF export is built specifically to make appointments — with a real clinician — more productive, not to replace them.

Is my data private?

Yes. Your tracker data is encrypted at rest. Photos stay in your private storage bucket, stripped of metadata, and never get sent to third-party services. You can delete your account and all data permanently from Settings.

Who is this for?

Women with diagnosed PCOS, women suspecting PCOS but not yet diagnosed, and anyone exploring symptoms that fit the picture. Onboarding has an "exploring" path that helps you build a log to bring to your first appointment — and tells you what bloodwork to ask for so you don't lose another six months.

Ready to stop guessing?

A clearer cycle in two weeks.
